Navigation (YA Cruising)
Upon successful completion of this course, participants should have an understanding of how to use a Chart to lay off bearings, plot & steer a safe course & measure distance, prepare a navigational plan for an inshore passage, solve speed/time/distance problems, use transits, marks & lights to establish position, identify times & heights of tides, apply the IALA Buoyage system to the safe Pilotage of a vessel, enter waypoints & plot position using a GPS.
Your YA logbook can be signed off part of the National Yacht Cruising Scheme. $120.00
